Indonesia tops biodiversity in Southeast Asia, ranking second globally!

Based on data from the Global Biodiversity Index 2022, which records 201 countries in the world with the highest biodiversity in 2022, combining a total of six assessment factors including the number of bird species, amphibians, fish, mammals, reptiles, and plants. Brazil ranks highest in the world with an Index of 512.34.

Meanwhile, in Southeast Asia, Indonesia ranks second in the world with an index of 418.78, followed by Myanmar at 13th place with an index of 221.77, and Vietnam at 14th place with an index of 216.97.
