Timor-Leste had the highest total fertility rate in Southeast Asia in 2023!

According to the report from the United Nations Population Fund in 2023, Timor-Leste had the highest fertility rate with 3.0 births per woman in Southeast Asia.

On the other hand, Singapore had the lowest fertility rate at 1.0, making it the third lowest in the world after Korea and Hong Kong.
