Indonesia and Laos fall into the low proficiency bracket with scores below 480. Indonesia currently holds the 80th position globally. The data highlights a steep decline toward the bottom of the list where Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia struggle with very low proficiency. These countries report scores ranging from 444 down to 390.
