Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), also known as busway or transitway, is a bus-based public transportation system with large capacity, high reliability, and other quality features. BRT includes dedicated lanes for buses with priority at intersections, along with design features to reduce delays.

Southeast Asian countries with BRT systems include Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. Next, Seasia Stats will summarize the list of the longest BRT systems in Southeast Asia.
